The property is fully walled-in with lockable steel gates.
The windows are double-glazed and have integral fly-screens.
Ceiling or free-standing fans are provided in every room.
All on one floor - The access from the
off-street carport is, just one step up, into the living/dining room.
The accommodation comprises a spacious
living/dining room with wide glazed doors onto the pool terrace (one step
down), a separate fully-fitted kitchen with electric oven & hob, washing
machine, and microwave.
The bedrooms are accessed via a short passage. The
main bedroom has a king-size bed, glazed doors onto the pool terrace and
an en-suite shower room.
There are three other bedrooms with twin
singles and a full bathroom.
The Swimming Pool is 8'00 x 4'00,
rectangular (depth 1´00 to 2´00) with internal tiles steps steps into the
shallow end. The are spacious surrounding terraces, a BBQ area and
landscaped gardens.
Suitable for all age groups, the elderly and infirm
and is wheel-chair friendly (bearing in mind the single step to the main
entrance and onto the swimming pool terrace.
One of the few properties where a holiday can be enjoyed without a car.

The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £30.00 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
