The Parque Reysea
development is a small complex of 17 villas in a landscaped area
with a large communal pool, with a 0'50 deep children's area.
Each villa has it's own small private garden plus the use of the
communal facilities which is located 50 meters along the road.
The development is in the Club Moraira residential area close to the
5-star Swiss Hotel with bar, restaurant and tennis courts.
Villa Sheila is newly
built (May 2003) and furnished to a high standard. All windows have
rolling shutters and mosquito nets and all rooms have heating and
air-conditioning independently remote controlled.
The property is accessed via lockable sliding gates from the road
and there is an integral garage.
The plot is fully walled in, is south facing and with a front
stone-paved patio and small rear garden.

The master suite comprises a spacious queen-sized bed and an
en-suite shower-room and shower stall with
thermostatically-controlled high and low jets.
There are two other bedrooms with twin single and a full bathroom.

The Upper Level -
comprises a spacious, open-plan living/dining room with sliding
doors to a shady porch and spacious terrace (set out for "al fresco"
dining) with views to the sea. The kitchen is American-style and has a range of fitted units
with granite worktops, an electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher,
microwave and fridge/freezer.
Also on this floor is a small cloakroom with WC and basin.
The rear door leads to a
small utility patio with washing machine and stairs to a
spacious upper terrace with views over the roof-tops and towards the
sea.
Suitable for all age groups but could prove
difficult for very small children, the elderly or infirm due to the
internal staircase.
Villa Sheila provides an economical alternative to a villa with private
pool, is comfortable and secure and suitable for year-round occupation.

The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £30.00 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
