located on the Club Moraira hillside, close to the Swiss Hotel and
with excellent sea-views.

with twin singles, and two further bedrooms with one single bed (4
bedrooms in total on ground floor), a full bathroom, a
shower room (both with WC and wash basin) and a covered porch with 4
steps down to the pool area.

Upper Floor - Lounge/Dining Room with a widescreen 42 inch plasma
TV & satellite channels in English, an American kitchen
(Fridge/Freezer, Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Dishwasher, Washing Machine
and Microwave) and large covered porch overlooking the swimming pool
equipped for al fresco dining.
This floor also has 1 double bedded room, another two with twin singles
and a shower room.
THE SWIMMING POOL is 10 x 5 with Roman
steps (depth 1´00 to 2´0) and is surrounded by terraces and gardens
with mature trees and flower beds. There is a built-in barbecue area
with a table for 12 persons.
SUITABILITY: All age
groups, the elderly and/or infirm bearing in mind the few steps, as
described.
Comfortable, well equipped for a holiday villa and fairly close to all
amenities.

Villa Peral is NOT available for long lets.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £30.00 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Assistance and support during
your holiday. We provide telephone and mobile numbers.
A "Welcome" provision pack with
wine, mineral water, orange juice, peanuts & crisps.
