Villa Lirios is situated
within walking distance of the Los Lirios Shopping Centre with
supermarkets, shops, bars restaurants and the Le Cabaret nightclub.
It is approx 5,000 metres from Moraira town & beach and 2,000 metres
from the Cumbre del Sol beach.
Entry is through an electric
gate to a private driveway with off-road parking for three vehicles.
The accommodation is set out on two floors –
The Ground Floor: A
large entrance hall gives access to two bedrooms (one twin
and one double) both with luxury en-suite shower rooms, fitted
wardrobes and air conditioning.
The large comfortable lounge with flat screen TV with some
satellite channels and a DVD player has three sofas and panoramic
sea views.
An archway leads to the separate dining area and luxury open-plan
kitchen. The kitchen has a range of eye and base level units
with a centre island incorporating a breakfast bar and granite
worktops. There is a large fridge and separate freezer, five ring
gas hob, double electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The dining area and kitchen provide access, through patio doors, out
to the covered naya, which is ideal for outdoor dining, and to the
pool terrace with panoramic sea views.
This floor has a further bedroom (large double) with fitted
wardrobes, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom (with corner bath,
walk-in shower, sink and W.C.) and French doors leading to the pool
terrace.
An internal open rise staircase with chrome balustrades leads up to
the –
First Floor – with an
open landing with French doors leading to a large covered balcony
with seating and panoramic views.
There is a utility room housing the washing machine and sink.
This level has three further bedrooms.
The master suite with dressing area, en-suite bathroom, with
bath, walk-in shower, W.C. and wash basin.
There are two further twin bedded rooms with free standing
wardrobes and drawer units. These bedrooms share a luxury family
bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, W.C. and wash basin.
The swimming pool is 8'0
x 4'0 with Roman steps and pool-side shower.
Rattan sofas and coffee table provide a relaxed area and there are
ample dining furniture and sun loungers.
The villa is surrounded by well kept gardens with an abundance of
shrubs.
Villa Lirios has magnificent sea views from most rooms.

There are many other extras that will make your stay more
comfortable, including a second smaller lounge with DVD player and
Playstation 2, free broadband WIFI accessible throughout the entire
villa. Also a pool safety fence is available for child safety.

Villa Lirios is NOT available for long lets.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £30.00 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Assistance and support during
your holiday. We provide telephone and mobile numbers.
A "Welcome" provision pack with
wine, mineral water, orange juice, peanuts & crisps.
Additional Services -
Portable Air Conditioning
Units: Where these are not available at the villa. Must e
ordered in advance.
Other Services: We offer
