Villa Afilador is situated
in the
Club Moraira residential area, on a hillside with views across the
countryside to the sea.
The property is comfortably furnished, impeccably maintained and is the
home of the present owners for most of the year.
The house is approached from the
street via a
sloping drive which arrives at the main garden and pool area and there is
off-street parking for two vehicles.
ALL ON ONE FLOOR - The main entrance is
into a small hall, just a few steps up from the parking area.
The spacious lounge is carpeted and comfortably furnished with the dining area off
(through an arch) and adjacent to the separate kitchen.
The kitchen features a range of modern units with panelled doors, a
combination oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer.
The main (double bedded) room has an en-suit
bathroom and there is another double bedded room (with air cond. and ample space for an additional
folding bed), one with twin singles
and a shower-room.
An elegant staircase, with timbered balustrade
leads to the upper level with a roof-top solarium with a small kitchenette
and fridge. The solarium provides perfect seclusion for sun bathing and
magnificent views to the sea.
THE SWIMMING POOL is 8 x 4 (depth 1´00 to
2´00) with internal tiles steps, is securely fenced and gated and has
surrounding, marble-clad terraces.
The gardens are attractively landscaped and there is a shady barbecue area
adjacent to the back kitchen door.
CENTRAL HEATING: There is gas-fired
central heating with radiators in all rooms. The gas for heating and the
electricity for the air cond. is metered and there
is an extra charge, according to consumption.

SUITABILITY: All age groups, very
small children, the elderly and/or infirm bearing in mind the few steps up
from the parking area.
An attractive property, ideally situated, suitable for a small
family group or two couples.
Under Occupancy Discounts
provide affordable holidays for smaller groups. Unoccupied bedrooms will
not be made and and may be locked off.
Normal Changeover Days are
Saturday, Tuesday and Thursdays. These can be "mixed and matched" to
provide a variety of holiday durations and it should be noted that
midweek flights are generally cheaper. Other changeover days may be
considered except during High season.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL (full) capacity or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £30.00 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
Cots and highchairs are provided free for infants who are not extra
persons. PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
