charming, well furnished villa situated in a quiet and private
residential setting, just a short drive from the beaches and
amenities of both Javea and Moraira and close to Javea Golf
Course.
All on one level, tastefully furnished in a mix of antique and
modern.
Air conditioned throughout.
Villa Mandarina is located in a quiet
side street on a small sought after estate and has secure,
off-street parking for two cars.
Entrance is via an elegant enclosed naya (conservatory) with antique
dining suite and French doors overlooking the large terrace and
pool.
The naya leads into the spacious lounge
which is comfortably furnished with a sofa and ornate armchairs,
Toscan stone fireplace, air conditioning and a flat screen TV with
some English satellite channels and a DVD player.
The newly-fitted kitchen has a range of
eye and base level units, granite worktops, integrated oven,
microwave and dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer and four ring gas
hob.
A rear door from the kitchen leads to a drying area and the
utility room housing the washing machine.
An inner hallway from the lounge leads to the
bedroom area. .
The master suite consist of a dressing area with fitted
wardrobes, a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with corner bath,
separate walk in shower, W.C. Sink and bidet.
There are two other bedrooms (one double and one twin), both
with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, and a modern family
bathroom with bath, separate walk in shower, W.C. and wash
basin. The swimming pool is 8 x 4 with internal steps and
pool-side shower.
There is a covered area with large dining furniture and large open
sun terraces with ample sun loungers. The surrounding gardens are
varied and established, offering a good degree of privacy and a
built in BBQ.
The villa is in an excellent decorative order,
the plot and house are all on one level making it an ideal holiday
retreat for all age groups.

Villa Mandarina is NOT available for long lets.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £30.00 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Assistance and support during
your holiday. We provide telephone and mobile numbers.
A "Welcome" provision pack with
wine, mineral water, orange juice, peanuts & crisps.
Additional Services -
Portable Air Conditioning
Units: Where these are not available at the villa. Must e
ordered in advance.
Other Services: We offer
an extensive range of additional services including assistance with
your cheap flights, airport transfers and hire-cars, maid service,
interim linen changes etc.
