sought-after Costa-Nova area, close to shops, restaurants and bars,
and has secure off-street parking for two cars.
From the entrance porch the front door leads
into a spacious hallway. The kitchen is American-style and luxuriously fitted with
natural wood cabinets and stainless-steel appliances (ceramic hob,
oven, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer).
The kitchen leads to a separate utility room with washing
machine.
The main living and dining space
features a large flat screen TV with satellite channels, comfortable
sofas, a dining table with seating for six and views out over the
garden and pool.
The main hallway leads to the bedroom area.
The master suite features a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes
and an en-suite shower room
There are also double and a twin bedroom, which share a
family bathroom
All bedrooms have attractive views to the pool and garden area.
Patio doors lead out of the living room to the
shady covered porch, which has a large dining table, gas
barbecue and a few steps down to the – Swimming pool which is 12’00 x 5’00 with Roman steps
(extremely large for a 6-person villa). The gardens are finished with faux grass which, while
realistic in appearance, is more clean and comfortable than real
grass, making it ideal for children.

The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £30.00 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!

your holiday. We provide telephone and mobile numbers.
A "Welcome" provision pack with
wine, mineral water, orange juice, peanuts & crisps.
